About me
Throughout my professional career, I have worked as an audio designer, film score composer, recording and mixing engineer, arranger, songwriter, and producer. Since 2016, I have been part of Negligence Studio, a Ljubljana-based recording and mixing facility specializing in metal and other guitar-driven music. I am also available for freelance projects and am happy to travel and work with artists at their preferred location.
Although I do not have a formal academic background in classical composition, I have developed my compositional and orchestration skills through years of practical work and collaboration with accomplished composers, including Anže Rozman, a Hollywood film score composer at Bleeding Fingers Music, and Dame Tomoski, a film score and orchestral composer. These collaborations have played an important role in expanding my approach to composition beyond the boundaries of contemporary music production.
My musical journey began in 2009, when I founded Condemnatio Cristi. In 2015, I founded Dreamsphere. After years of performing and touring with various bands, my focus gradually shifted toward studio work. As the demand for my production, recording, and mixing services grew, I decided to dedicate myself primarily to working as a studio musician, producer, and engineer.
Over the years, I have had the privilege of collaborating with a wide range of accomplished musicians and producers, including Mikka Jussila (Finnvox studios), Aki Sihvonen (Finnvox studios), Kristian Kohle (Kohlekeller studios), Mike Smith (ex-Suffocation), Adrie Kloosterwaard (Sinister), Jason McIntyre (Voracious Scourge, Suture), Robert Kovačič (ex-Belphegor), Simon Škrlec (Melechesh), and many others.
Whether I am producing a metal record, composing for film, arranging music, or shaping the final mix, my goal remains the same: to understand the identity of the project and translate it into a sound that feels intentional, distinctive, and complete.
